Taste, colour, texture, aroma and look are all carefully considered and controlled to provide food that not only eats exceptionally well but is also a delight for the eye. From an elegant plate of finger food and canapés to a delicately braised duck breast in a port and ginger marinade, it will be exquisitely prepared and cooked by our own in house chefs.
We have been providing in-flight food and food for our conference facilities for over 25 years and in that time we have developed dishes and menus to suit all tastes. We specialise in catering for specific ethnic, religious and dietary requirements and ensure all our dishes are equally tasty, attractive and nourishing. We have access to an extensive cellar and can provide fine wines and champagne to accompany any dish.
